ABOUT FISCA

FISCA is the French International School Community Association. We collaborate with students, staff, teachers and parents to build a community, nurture goodwill and cooperation, share ideas and resources that enrich the student experience, and support the overall mission of the French International School of Hong Kong.

HOW TO JOIN FISCA?

FISCA welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds to help brainstorm, organise and execute various projects. Anyone with little or a lot of time can join. Please share your interest and your line of expertise with us at fisca@g.lfis.edu.hk or fill in this Google Form (https://forms.gle/His2jjp55UPQY4Uz8) and receive the link to our WhatsApp Community and FISCA Team Groups.

FISCA TEAMS

FISCA VOLUNTEER TEAM This is the main FISCA Volunteer chat group to stay informed and help build a vibrant and engaged community.

EVENT TEAM Plan and execute exciting school events with fellow parents in a warm and welcoming environment throughout the year.

SUSTAINABILITY TEAM Support FIS in becoming the leading school in sustainability in Hong Kong and create positive change that makes a difference.

STAFF APPRECIATION DAY TEAM Help organise the annual Staff Appreciation Day, a memorable tribute to the incredible staff and educators who shape our community.

BULLETIN TEAM Oversee and contribute to FISCA’s communication, marketing and media initiatives. Creative writing and graphic design skills are appreciated.

FAMILY FUN FAIR TEAM Help organise the annual FIS Family Fun Fair, from coordinating engaging games and activities to ensuring a seamless event flow.

QUIZ NIGHT TEAM In a small team, coordinate the super popular FISCA Quiz Nights (adults only, including food and alcoholic beverages) - an evening of guaranteed fun, games and a great way to make new friends.

FIS COOK BOOK TEAM Join our talented chefs and creators to curate the ultimate FIS Cook Book, which will showcase the diversity of our community!

FISCA ADMIN TEAM This is FISCA’s internal chat group dedicated to managing and coordinating our day-to-day operations. Engaged, committed and dedicated volunteers are welcome to apply. This chat is not open to the public.

We warmly invite you to become an active part of your community by joining FISCA. Everyone is welcome; no matter your home language - French, English, Cantonese, Mandarin, or any other - there’s no need to be shy! Please send us a request to join through the Google Form above. We look forward to welcoming you!
