TUITION FEES
• To confirm a student’s place, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of HK$25,000 towards tuition fees is required. The deposit will be credited against the tuition fees for the student’s first term at FIS.
• Tuition fees are the same across all campuses.
• A 10% discount on Tuition Fees is granted for the Tuition Fees of the third child of the same family enrolled at FIS, and a 15% discount for the tuition fees of the fourth, and every subsequent child of the same family.

You can pay the annual tuition fees in one annual payment, or in instalments – 40% in the first term, 30% in the second term and 30% in the third term.

RULES & PROCEDURES RELATING TO TUITION FEES
ADMISSION:
• Offers of admission are emailed to parents, who must confirm their acceptance by email and send proof of payment of the HK$25,000 deposit, which will be credited against the tuition fees for the student’s first term at FIS.
• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
PAYMENT:
• Invoices will be available on the parent portal and by email only. Parents are responsible for ensuring they have access to the Parent Portal and provide FIS with a current email address.
• Every term a student begins must be paid in full.
• All payments must be made by direct debit. The direct debit authorisation form must be sent to the school when the offer is accepted.

WHAT IF MY CHILD IS ARRIVING PART-WAY THROUGH THE SCHOOL YEAR
Every term a student begins must be paid in full.
However, when your child is not starting a school term from the beginning, in some cases, tuition fees will be calculated on a pro rata basis. Please refer to the table below for more details.
DEBENTURES
To confirm a student’s admission at FIS, you need to buy or hold a debenture. One debenture covers only one student.
The issuance of debentures was established to support the financing of the School’s construction, equipment acquisition, and other capital expenditures, ultimately benefiting the whole school community.
The French International School “Victor Segalen” Association Limited is a charitable institution mentioned in section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance, established and managed by a board of elected parents. By purchasing a debenture, the Debenture Beneficiary will become a member of the Association and be subject to its Articles of Association.
There are two types of debentures: Corporate Debenture (Category A) / Private Debenture (Category B)
