To apply please follow the steps below:
STEP 1 - BEFORE YOU START THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Before you start the application process, please check which year group your child should be in, according to their year of birth, using the following chart. You will need this information to fill the application form in Step 4.
Feel free to review our class distribution by campus and campus paths for your reference.
Our Admissions Team will contact you a year ahead of the school year for which you applied, to ask about your campus preference as well as to confirm that you are still wanting to join FIS.
We also encourage parents whose children have specific needs to get in touch with the admissions team before submitting an application. Please email: admissions@lfis.edu.hk (International Stream) or inscriptions@lfis.edu.hk (French Stream), and share with us your child’s school report(s) and additional Educational Psychology Report (if available) for our further advice.
STEP 2 - PAY THE APPLICATION FEE & SEND COPY OF PAYMENT RECEIPT

Application fee: HK$2,200

The application fee covers the administrative cost of the admissions and campus allocation processes.

The application fee is non-refundable.

Please ensure your payment covers any bank charges or handling fees, if applicable.

To track your payment, a copy of the bank receipt must be sent to receivables@lfis.edu.hk.
STEP 3 - PREPARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS & UPLOAD AT THE END OF STEP 4

Copy of applicant’s birth certificate

Copy of applicant’s passport

Copy of applicant's Permanent ID if available

Copy of the three latest available school reports

Copy of school certificate (for the current school year)

Visa status of the applicant and if possible, visa number

Application fee payment receipt
STEP 4 - FILL OUT THE APPLICATION FORM
The online application form cannot be submitted without uploading the required documents, including the receipt for payment of the application fee. Unfortunately, you cannot save draft or incomplete applications.
